In 2019/20, an estimated 828,000 workers were affected by work-related stress, depression or anxiety, accounting for 51% of all work-related ill health and 55% of all days lost due to work-related ill-health. As an employer, it’s not just the financial cost to your business that you need to consider, but the impact on your employees and their perception of you as an employer. As a good employer, you’ll want to invest in your staff. Creating a mentally healthy workplace improves productivity, increases profit and brings out the best in everyone. Therapist-led anxiety management courses
Courses are facilitated by an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist who leads the group sessions which provide tools, tips and techniques to help manage anxiety. Interventions covered in the courses are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We can deliver courses specifically for a group of your staff members, or if you would like to fund a staff member to join a course, we can arrange a unique code to facilitate this.
