Posting content on the Members’ Message Board is taken as your agreement to post information that is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and is primarily drawn from personal experience. You are encouraged to post content about your own experience with anxiety, stress or anxiety-based depression (or that of a loved one), ask questions, and offer support and advice. We encourage everyone to share their own personal stories of anxiety. Please be mindful that anxiety is not a “one size fits all” condition and everyone’s experience is different.
Content should never be abusive, derogatory, sexually explicit or suggestive, or deliberately misleading. If you believe someone else’s content violates this rule, please report it by emailing [email protected]. Content that is felt to violate this policy will either be edited or removed. Anxiety UK operate a zero-tolerance policy and reserve the right to withdraw access to the Members’ Message Board for any member that breaches the terms.
Anxiety can be an isolating experience and so it’s important that there is a place for people to come together and support one another. Please note: this message board should not be used as a crisis service. If you are in distress, please contact your GP or the Samaritans on 116 123.
You must read the Members’ Message Board Terms & Conditions HERE. By posting on the Anxiety UK message board you are accepting these terms and conditions.
