Hi all,
I’m looking into this myself for anxiety and Long Covid. I’m going to try management before abstinence as I know that will be a long hard road. I’m finding the Glucose Goddess Jesse Inchauspe interestingm she has a website/book and I listened to her Podcast with Steven Bartlett. My friend also competes in Triathalons and noted that he defibately feels the high/low sugar crash more and feels it feeds into his negative self talk/mood.
I think trying anything like this having a support network can really aid success I’m someone that drfinately works better with plans and a coach (can’t currently afford a coach though lol). It would be great if this site could be developed into an app that gave easier access to peer support.
Anyway hope my ramblings help!
